I started off 115 lbs, and gave birth weighing 170 lbs!!!!--to a perfect 7.5 lb baby girl. Needless to say, that's a lot of weight! But I was happy and healthy--and back to my pre-pregnancy weight after 3 months. So many of us are already self-conscious about the weight gain during pregnancy...don't you think you should be more supportive?! Kudos to the women who are putting themselves out there, and those with positive things to say.
