   All I do for fitness is 3 days a week I will go to the gym, or just walk in my neighborhood, for about 30 min. Do some light weights, about 8 lbs each arm for about 30 min as well. I also keep well hydrated and get as much sleep as possible. I've gained 11 lbs and still going. Im a physical training instructor in the military and even if you are on restrictions, walking for 30 min a day isn't going to kill you. Its going to help blood flow and you'll feel pretty good as well. Stay strong. Talk to your doctor. He/she knows whats best=)
