Why is it that people think you need to gain weight while your pregnant? You are only supposed to consume 300 to 500 extra calories a day. Pregnancy is no excuse to let yourself get fat! Dominique I think you look stunning!!!! :-)

I was her size at the end of my first pregnancy and my baby was perfectly healty it was just the fact that all of my gain was all baby.
