if you keep up with puting lotion on your skin all the time.. and dont scratch when its itchy... your tattoo shouldnt get stretch marks... and well.. youre belly either but the only way i ever got my belly to be free of stretch marks was to put lotion on every few hours... whenever my skin felt itchy or tight... or my clothes had rubbed on it too much... BUT no one ever told me i needed to put lotion on my hips.. thighs... boobies... butt... so yeah.. put the lotion everywhere.. .and of course.. it will help any tattoo :P...
