Actually, tanning beds are okay as long as you don't let yourself get too hot. My doctor said don't lay longer than 10-15 minutes and make sure a fan is blowing on you. As long as your body temperature doesn't get above 100 degrees you should be fine :)

You look good Im happy to see that at 18 weeks Im not the only one not showing that much.
