you are the only one who can suck in their belly at 26 weeks pregnant.. Congrats for you... Maybe she is just small.. I have not even gained a pound yet and i am 6 months

Cris (calendar girl)- Thats great that you look so skinny...even though you are sucking in your stomach...but I personally want to see a prego belly, that is the point of the Prego Calendar Girl, right?

Thank you to all of the lovely ladies for their sweet comments-God bless you! for those that think I'm sucking in....go ahead, but that's a big tummy compared to what my pre pregnant belly was...I was flat, and had tone! ....and Emily- some people don't gain alot in the first 6 months, so give laura some slack...

I was a size 0 pre pregnancy and i still have a belly. however to each their own, Also about not gaining any weight, it all depends on how much you weighed Pre Pregnancy, some mothers can afford not to and some get so sick they actually lose weight, just as long as you eat right and get the vitimins the baby needs You should be ok. Am I the only one reading up on this stuff?

WELLL. I was a size 0 before, and i've gained a lot of weight. I just think people are different and gain weight at different times. some women only gain like, 15lbs while others gain 90! It just depends!! Just for the record tho, I can suck in my stomach at 26 weeks. I can't suck in my uterus, but my stomach just right about it and i can suck it in still. i dont see how we couldn't.

I'm 26 weeks pregnant and i've gained about 40 lbs. and i've eaten all fruits and veggies, and lean meats, and everything else you can do to stay thin and pregnant. You should really be concerned for that baby.

There is no "norm" for pregnancy...everybody shows different and for different reasons. I'm on my second pregnancy and I'm 26 weeks now and I just started getting a baby bump. Main reason for that...I have a tilted uterus...so I guess it just hides more inside me. But as long as your baby measures fine and is healthy that is all that matters. Cris you look great! And congrats to you for that...a lot of women would be jealous ;)

YES! ANOTHER mommy that looks exactly like I do at 26 weeks. I don't feel so alone anymore. This is my 4th pregnancy and I never gained anything with each of them, yet never got ill. All my kids were over 8 pounds. :)
Having a tiny stomach just means you're lucky enough not to get marks or extra skin, other's are just jealous.

wow. you girls amaze me. If someone is not EXACTLY the way you think they should be then you tear them to pieces. Sometimes I feel like I'm in highschool again reading all your comments!
The only reason you wouldn't be able to suck your stomach in is if you had NO stomach muscles. Otherwise, when you suck it in you are probably not seeing any difference because your uterus is in the way.
They did studies during the holocaust, ladies, and they discovered that a woman's hair and nails will actually fall completely out before that baby has any want for nutrition. Just because someone doesn't carry like you does not mean there is something wrong. Perhaps your larger belly is the exception; not the rule. Or maybe we're all different like snowflakes---did you think of that???
And to Tiffany who wanted to know "where the hell is the baby"; it's in her belly silly, it has moved all her organs up and out of the way and it is sitting cozily resting on her back. She may not even show till the end. It has happened before. Do your research before you criticize.

You look great. I am so glad I've seen someone else who is 26 weeks and not showing that much. Everyone else has bellies and I just look a little bigger than my normal size. We good some good stomach muscles!! haha

UM...Hoe can she suck in her stomache when her stomache is below her breasts. Thats is her uterus that stretches all the way till almost 3 inches above her belly button. You ppl are just plain dumb.

It wouldn't matter what she looked like... someone would find something to complain, bitch or just plain tear her down for... She is a gorgeous mom-to-be and I am glad that she had the guts to put her picture up and show us the beauty of diversity--even in pregnancy! Thanks, Cris!

I really appreciate all the sweet comments...especially to the girls that stick up for me- God bless all of you. And to the other girls that have negative things to say, I really feel sorry for you. My baby girl was born healthy and beautiful...and is now 10 months! Again, I really appreciate the sweet ladies who have given their thoughts...bless all of you:)

Im 26 weeks prego and ive only gained five pounds yes my belly is bigger then hers but who ever can suck the stomach in at 26 weeks then you must not have a baby in there i think everyone should just tell the girl she looks good and get off her back its not your body so how can you judge!!!
