About the pregnancy cartoons
After many sleepless nights spent pondering the humorous nature of pregnancy, our yet-to-be-pregnant cartooning artist realized she was going to need some help from moms who'd been there. Happily, a beautiful collaboration between the artist and our snarky freelance mom blogger, the sarcastic journalist, sprung up to save the day! The humor was conceived together and each panel was hand-drawn by our relieved cartooning artist.

i rather like this one-- not only b/c it's got a nice little twist to the humor, but just the general feel of being at the doctor and the man is rather intimidated by all the "woman stuff" he's having to deal with, while his wife is completely unphased and looks rather amused by everything.

at my intial prenatal exam that was the first thing he said...but i didnt feel quite comfortable with the whole thing and honestly still dont but he insists the doc said it was ok.....i guess i need to get doc's note before he stops....haha

I can't have sex anymore, i'm 10 months pregnant. i have tried though, all it's done is make me have false labor.

Ever thought how it must feel to be the man and suddenly your wife doesn't want to touch you, its awful, it makes me feel sh!t. All the foot rubs in the world aren't helping either.

Its so wierd that everyone is like i dont want him to touch me. . . i tell the daddy to be - its ok, the doctor said ts ok all the time. Hes the one whos more put off about it. O well. . lol

Well, I totally cook, clean, massage, drive and pet my wife endlessly (b4& during pregnancy)...but she always had an excuse not to. LOL. She'll be ok and active when we are out but immediately tired and sleepy when we get home. THE PRETENCE IS DRIVING ME CRAZY :)

I like this one too. :) However, my sex drive has not wavered at all....I think I would be upset if my boyfriend didnt want to touch me and vise versa.
