About the pregnancy cartoons

After many sleepless nights spent pondering the humorous nature of pregnancy, our yet-to-be-pregnant cartooning artist realized she was going to need some help from moms who'd been there. Happily, a beautiful collaboration between the artist and our snarky freelance mom blogger, the sarcastic journalist, sprung up to save the day! The humor was conceived together and each panel was hand-drawn by our relieved cartooning artist.

This is one of the first ones i did... and the spermie cartoons are actually the quickest to do-- as its not like people are really THAT critical about how a sperm looks.

wiggly tail. maybe a baseball cap. and you've got a sperm. i think i did that one in like 45 minutes or less.
